Terms of Service

All rights are reserved by Snow Hunter (the artist). The artist holds the copyright of the commissioned model. The commissioner receives a license to use the model as detailed in the following terms.
The commissioner may freely crop and upload images/videos of the commissioned model. Editing the model (e.g. adding filters, changing colors, changing the model, etc.) is only permitted with explicit permission from the artist. Credit to the artist is expected and required in all cases.
The commissioned model is for personal and/or streaming use. Reselling is not permitted. If you want to create merchandise using the model or based on the model - e.g. Prints / Figures / Stickers / etc. - will require commercial rights, the fee of which can be discussed.
The commission prices listed are exclusive of commercial rights. Commercial rights, terms, and pricing can be discussed.
Images/videos/streaming of the commissioned model may be freely uploaded by the artist. The commissioner will be charged an additional fee for the rights to keep the commission private. Refer to the Payment Policy for details. Explicit permission must be shown from the original model artist/illustrator when applying.
The artist reserves the right to revoke the permissions granted to the commissioner if any of the terms and conditions have been violated.
The artist reserves all rights to refuse a commission for any reason.
The artist reserves the rights to change the terms of use and payment at any time, with warning given to commissioner in advance.
You do not have the right to transfer ownership and/or copyright to anyone. If you wish to discuss the possibility of this, contact me.

Payment Policy

Payment will be done through PayPal.
Commissions under $500 must be paid in full up front.
Commissions over $500 can be paid in half first before work begins, the second half paid after the commission is finished but before the artist sends the file(s) to the commissioner. The commissioner must only send payment through the corresponding invoice. Payment sent through any other means will be accepted as a tip.
The artist reserves the right to use their discretion in charging more for complexity, tight deadlines, and more.
Rights to privacy with respect to the commissioned model will be an additional 50% of the total commission price.
The commissioner reserves the right to request minor changes before the rigging process begins. The artist reserves the right to charge for additional changes on a case by case basis.
All preparation materials, visuals and sketches, including all electronic files used to create the project remain the property of the artist. When the full price is paid, a copy of the model files and accompanying texture files will be sent to the commissioner.

Revisions

You can ask for revisions for your model in the modelling phase. Once the rigging and texturing phase(s) has started, revisions will become difficult.
If a revision is large, I may require additional payment because of time and skill needed to do the revision.
Once the commission is complete and I have delivered all the files to you, you have 1 week to review the model and ask for revisions and fixes.

Delivery

When the full price is paid, I will send you a copy of the model files and accompanying texture files, along with any other files you will need to use the model.
Once the model is delivered you are required to credit me in any credits list that you have.

Refund Policy

In case of cancellation from the commissioner, the artist will not refund any money already paid to the artist. The artist also keeps all rights to the model, files, and artwork that the artist has produced.
In case of cancellation from the artist, all money will be refunded to the commissioner and all files made by the artist will be disposed of.
No refund will be given for completed work, no matter the reason.

Communication

After filling the application, I will contact you with my questions and/or concerns about the commission.
Once the commission has started, I will send updates to you at each milestone (outfit, texturing, VRM setup). These updates are for you to review the progress and discuss any revisions or feedback you might have.
I will contact you during the commission with any questions I might have, so please be available to answer.
Severe lack of communication will be seen as cancellation of the commission on your part.
