Frequently Asked Questions

What is the commission process like?

After filling in the application, I will message you using your preferred method of contact about your application. If you have been accepted and it is your turn on the timeline, I will send over an invoice of 50% the total price of your model. Once paid, I will start working on your model. If I don't accept your commission, I will go over the reasons on why I didn't accept in the response. I do not have first-come-first-serve and I might pick another commission first. I will send over progress updates at each milestone (SFW base, outfit, texturing, VRM setup) and if there are any changes/issues I run into while creating your model. Once the model is completed, I will send over an invoice for the other 50% of the total price. Once paid, the files will be sent over to you!

Can I get more outfits and other extras later?

Yes! You are always welcome to fill out the form again and mention that you already had a model done by me. You can get additional outfits or additions without paying for a full commission, only the extras you want. Price will of course vary depending on the complexity of the things you want.

How long will a commission take?

Models are usually completed between 3 - 5 weeks depending on the workload. However sometimes it may also take a while longer if there are any outside issues that come up in my personal life, I will let you know of any delays, so please be patient with me.

Can I ask for revisions to my model?

Yes. You can ask for revisions during the modelling phase, however once the rigging and texturing phase has started, some changes may be too much to do at that point. You will also have up to a week after receiving to test your model and I will try to fix any issues that come up. If a revision is large, I may require additional payment because of time and skill needed to do the revision.

What is the SFW nude base used for?

The SFW nude base is not necessary for me (Snow Hunter) to make extra outfits for your model. The nude base is mostly if you want one and is usually used if you want to go to another artist for outfits.

Do you get my email when I fill out the form?

I do not have access to the email you use when you fill out the form, so I will be asking for such details later to make the invoice and so on.
